1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup hemp milk (or water)
1/2 Tbsp chia seeds

Pinch kosher salt
In a blender, combine spinach, avocado, frozen berries, hemp milk (or water), chia seeds, honey, and salt and puree until smooth. Add in the ice and blend again.
