Cape Ann Botanicals is delighted to announce they are opening a second retail location in Newburyport, MA in December 2018.
The innovative store will offer the same top tier CBD products and exemplary personalized services as their first location in Ipswich. Their winning combination of providing in-store nursing services, an educated staff, along with economic, superior, and highly effective CBD products is a proven success.
Local resident and Founder/CEO, Spencer Kalker, who built an award-winning manufacturing company in Consumer Electronics, began studying the positive effects of cannabis when his mother became ill. He has spent the last six years collaborating on best practices with pioneers in the field, including in Colorado, before opening his first store.
Cape Ann Botanicals mission is to introduce the proven health benefits of CBD to the residents of the North Shore. The optimal value of CBD as a treatment for multiple health issues are continually being uncovered as prodigious research is ongoing. “The warm response and support our team receives from the residents of greater Ipswich is very rewarding. I’m so pleased we’ve been able to educate and support the community, especially the elderly and those looking for an alternative to pharmaceuticals,” says Spencer Kalker.

The Cape Ann location is located on 8 Central Street in Ipswich and is open 10-7 M-F, 10-6 Saturday, 11-4pm Sunday. The new store will be located at 49 Pleasant Street in Newburyport.
